House of Work Ability
Grolsch has consciously opted to take a long-term approach to sustainable employability: quick-fixes and short-term programmes simply do not cut the mustard for us. Instead, we focus on making sure that our organisation and our people remain as fit and vital as they can be. To shape this long-term approach, we have set up the House of Work Ability (Huis van Werkvermogen), which provides insight into the topics related to sustainable employability that we would like to work on with each and every one of our employees.
