Water reduction

If you want to save water, you first need insight into how much you’re using. With that in mind, we measure our water consumption at every level, not just at the brewery level, but also by department, unit, and even individual machines. After thorough analysis, we’ve implemented various water-saving measures. We track our water usage daily and make adjustments when it deviates from our targets. Finally, water from the bottle rinsing machine is reused to clean crates, in another example of direct reuse.
