Welcome at Grolsch!

We are pleased that you come to strengthen our organization and want to prepare you well for your first working day and the first few months of your new job. This portal is the starting point of your Grolsch career and provides you with important information and contacts if you have any questions.

Next steps

Step 1

We have sent you your employment agreement in duplicate. It describes the conditions for your employment at Grolsch. We have added forms for payroll tax and additional information. 

Read the documents carefully and send them back as formal confirmation that you have accepted the job. In addition to the completed and signed documents, we gladly receive a copy of your valid ID card or passport return. Please use the attached reply form.

Please remember to bring a valid ID on your first work day to be copied at the Human Resources department.

Step 2

You can read about the working conditions that we provide our employees. Some of these are included in My Benefits. In My Benefits you can choose which conditions you want to exchange. 

In addition, at Grolsch you can use our collective insurance at the Zilveren Kruis and Centraal Beheer Achmea. More information on this is available on the Working Conditions page.

Additionally, you will find our policies & regulations below. Before you start working, you should read it and add a check mark where possible, to indicate that you have read and understood it.

Finally, on the Useful Information page you will find interesting information about Grolsch, floor plans, an overview of the organizational structure and information about our Taste Panel.

If you have further questions, you can always contact the HR Team, or save your questions for your first working day.

Step 1: Before the start of your internship

On your first day, both your internship agreement and the payroll form will be ready for signing. Your internship agreement specifies the conditions for your internship / graduation at Grolsch.

In addition, we would like to receive a copy of your valid ID card or passport before your first working day. You can send them by e-mail or mail to your contact at Grolsch. Please remember to bring a valid ID on your first work day to be copied at the Human Resources department.

Step 2: Before the start of your internship

Through this portal you can read a few Grolsch house rules, procedures and policies. Before you begin with internship / graduation you should read it and add a check mark where possible, to indicate that you have read and understood it.

Finally, on the Useful Information page you will find interesting information about Grolsch, a map and an overview of the organizational structure. If you have further questions, you can always contact your point of contact or the HR Team, or save your questions for your first day.

Step 3

Your first working day has arrived! This means many new impressions and meeting new colleagues.

In addition, you have now gained more access to documents on the Useful Information page. See, for example, information about the HR Handbook, declarations or your salary.

You may also have to work with SAP (GT) in your function There are several e-learning and manuals available to guide you. You can find this via the My Learning tab in SAP. Information about Employee Tasks (eg for changing your data) or Managers Tasks in SAP can be found on the HR SharePoint page.

Step 4

In the first six months of your employment at Grolsch you should have followed the following e-learnings:

  • Performance Management
  • Career Development Discussions
  • Manufacturing Way (applies to Operations employees)
  • POCC Conversion (applies to employees in Marketing, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Exco)
  • Competency Based Interviewing (applies only to employees who are interviewing)

E-learnings can be found in SAP through My Learning> Learning Portal. The Course Catalog can be found in the menu on the left side of the screen. In the relevant e-learning, click on Book this course. You can then start directly with the e-learning.
