Human Resources (HR)

The HR department is responsible for the development, execution and implementation of personnel and organization policies as well as managing the workforce. In addition, it supports the organization in the fields of training and education, performance and talent management and the in-, through and outflow of staff.

You can ask questions regarding eg.

  • The salary slip
  • Education and training
  • Trustees
  • Mobility
  • Pension/AZL

The Human Resources and Payroll department can be found on the 1st floor in office HK5.10.13.

Servicedesk Facilities

Servicedesk Facilities

The Facility department is responsible for facility support for all Grolsch employees.

The department has a Service Desk where you can ask questions and remarks regarding:

  • Subscriptions to magazines
  • Company clothing, clothing and Personal Protective Equipment (PBMs)
  • Green supply
  • Ordering facility goods and services
  • Booking a meeting room with catering service
  • Lending audiovisual equipment (beamers, laptops, etc.)
  • House beer
  • Office supplies and printing
  • Coffee and beverage facilities
  • Maintenance of buildings and land
  • Mail
  • Cleaning
  • Keys
  • Access Control (also for making a photo for the access pass)
  • Moves between offices

At the Service Desk, your question, request question or remarkis forwarded to the right colleagues, departments or external firms.

 

The service desk can be found on the 1st floor in room HK5.10.11 and is open from monday to friday from 08:00 to 16:45.

Helpdesk Informatisering

The IT Helpdesk can not only help you in case of an error or request of a laptop, but also for various IT services including:

  • Manuals for various (Office) applications
  • Support with scanning
  • Mobile phones (Nokia) and fixed telephones
  • Dect appliances
  • (HP) Printers and multifunctionals from OCE/Canon

 

The Helpdesk can be found on the 2nd floor in room HK6.20.02 and is open from monday to friday from 08:00 to 19:00.

Company Restaurant

 

 

 

 

The business restaurant is open from 12:00 to 13:00 from Monday to Friday for lunch. Furthermore, it is possible to purchase prepackaged items from 08:15 to 15:30 throughout the day.

In order to avoid long queues at checkout, only PIN or Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard) can be used.

 

 

 

Facility Warehouse

 

 

 

 

The Facility department is responsible for the purchase and issue of facility items in the Facility Warehouse. You can think of office supplies, computer supplies, printed matter, personal protective equipment, business clothing and first aid items.

Facility items that are out of stock can be ordered through the Service Desk. Alternatively, you can pick it up at the Facility Warehouse (open from monday to friday from 10:00 to 10:30).

 

 

Beer at Home

 

 

 

If you are entitled to 'Beer at Home' (Huisbier) you can pick it up at the 'Huisbierlokaal'. This space is located at the personnel parking area, at the head of the red 'bridge'. It is only allowed to park the car for loading and unloading. Employees of De Klok Dranken can pick up the beer at his / her working location. It is also possible to return packaging (empty crates).

Grolsch's Huisbierlokaal is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00 to 17:30.
It also keeps track of how many rights you still have during the year and how much return goods you still have.

To call in sick

If you are unable to work due to illness, you must report to your immediate supervisor and HR department prior to the start of your working day. As soon as you are able to resume your work, you should inform both parties in advance. An estimate of the duration of your absence may be requested. If you stay at a different address, you should also mention this, for example in case of a hospitalization.

 

Accessibility during absence

According to the 'verzuimbegeleiding' protocol (CLA Article 20), you must be available at the specified address for the first three days between 09:00 and 17:00. In the next three weeks you should be at home until 10:00 and between 12:00 and 14:30. Your (immediate) management and HR staff can contact you for absence counseling. Usually after 2 weeks of illness you will receive an invitation to the company doctor's appointment.
