After Hope and Faith, Grolsch now introduces Love

Love is the third beer in a series of four limited edition special beers

Today, beer brewer Grolsch launches its third limited edition specialty beer: Love. Earlier this year Faith and Hope were launched, with Happiness to be introduced later this year. With the four-part series of special beers, Grolsch wants to give the Dutch a boost at a time when Corona is still around. The four themes are based on the leaves of a four-leaf clover, a powerful and recognizable symbol that stands for prosperity. The beers appear in limited editions.

The new autumn beer Love
Grolsch Love (6,7% vol.) is an autumn bock, brewed with the special Doi Saket coffee from coffee roastery Peeze. Besides coffee, aromas of milk chocolate can also be detected. The beer has an intense dark red color, which refers to the color of love. Master brewer Marc Janssen says: "During the past period it was not always easy to keep in touch. Instead of greeting with an open hand or a hug, we gave elbows and clenched our fists. Fortunately, a lot more is now possible. With the third beer of 2021, I want to celebrate love. And you don't celebrate love alone. That's why we went looking for something special together with coffee roaster Peeze, and we succeeded'.

Long-term collaboration
Jenny Berenpas, Marketing & Communication Manager at coffee roastery Peeze, about the collaboration: 'We not only share a passion for our products, but also for sustainable and fair production. If you produce in a sustainable and honest way throughout the chain - with a lot of attention and love - then everything tastes a lot better. There is no more appropriate name for this beer. To love'.

Availability
Grolsch Love is available in limited quantities. The beer will be sold in kegs at Grolsch Proeverij Cafés throughout the country starting in week 42, and will be available in brown swing-top bottles (45 cl) at Mitra liquor stores starting in week 44.
