Vision on work in 2025
In the first half of 2018, 45 colleagues from various departments started working on four carefully selected topics related to ‘Our vision on work in 2025’. They started off in four groups, each focusing on its own team. These groups shared a lot of input, which was ultimately turned into a vision document. These vision documents serve as the foundation for our policies with regard to training & development, sustainable employability, and employment and working conditions.
All four groups formulated recommendations for quick wins and long-term projects. Their recommendations shared a clear common thread: there is a clear desire for a greater degree of self-management, more flexibility, more multi-disciplinary cooperation and a better approach to sustainable employability, for instance. Based on these recommendations, the company’s vision document was revised in the second half of 2018. On top of that, we have started working on the first quick wins and have begun discussing relevant topics with the trade union.
